🍖 How to Use – For 1 KG Mutton Ghee Roast

Ingredients:

• Mutton (Boneless preferred) – 1 kg

• Mutton Ghee Roast Masala – 4 to 5 tablespoons

• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tablespoons

• Ghee – 4 to 6 tablespoons

• Salt – as required

• Water – as needed for cooking

• Curry leaves – optional

Method:

1. Clean and wash 1 kg mutton thoroughly.

2. Pressure cook the mutton with salt and water until it becomes soft and tender. Keep the cooked mutton aside and retain some stock.

3. Heat ghee in a thick-bottom pan on medium flame.

4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.

5. Add the cooked mutton pieces and mix well.

6. Add Mutton Ghee Roast Masala and sauté on low to medium flame.

7. Sprinkle a little mutton stock if needed and roast until the masala coats the mutton well and ghee separates.

8. Add curry leaves for extra aroma (optional).

9. Roast until the dish turns dark, rich, and aromatic.
