🍗🍚 How to Use – For 1 KG Chicken Ambur Biryani

Ingredients:

• Chicken (with bone) – 1 kg

• Ambur Chicken Biryani Masala – 3 to 4 tablespoons

• Seeraga samba rice – 1 kg

• Onions (thinly sliced) – 500 g

• Tomatoes – 2 medium

• Ginger-garlic paste – 3 tablespoons

• Green chillies – 3 to 4 (slit)

• Curd – ½ cup

• Oil – 4 tablespoons

• Ghee – 2 tablespoons

• Mint leaves – 1 handful

• Coriander leaves – 1 handful

• Salt – as required

• Water – as needed

Method:

1. Clean and wash the chicken thoroughly.

2. Heat oil and ghee in a heavy-bottom vessel.

3. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

4. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies; sauté until raw smell disappears.

5. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

6. Add chicken, curd, salt, and Ambur Chicken Biryani Masala. Mix well.

7. Cook until the chicken is partially done and oil starts separating.

8. Add mint and coriander leaves.

9. Add soaked seeraga samba rice and required water.

10. Cook on medium flame until rice is done and biryani is aromatic.

11. Dum for 10 minutes on low flame for best results.
