🍲 How to Use – For 1 KG Pulao Rice

Ingredients:

• Rice (basmati or seeraga samba) – 1 kg

• Pichekkista Pulao Masala – 2 to 3 tablespoons

• Vegetables / Chicken / Mutton – as required

• Onions (sliced) – 300 g

• Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tablespoons

• Green chillies – 2 to 3 (slit)

• Oil – 3 tablespoons

• Ghee – 2 tablespoons

• Whole spices (optional: bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon)

• Salt – as required

• Water / stock – as required

Method:

1. Wash and soak the rice for 20–30 minutes.

2. Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker or heavy-bottom vessel.

3. Add whole spices (optional) and sauté until aromatic.

4. Add onions and sauté until light golden.

5. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies; sauté until raw smell disappears.

6. Add vegetables or meat and cook briefly.

7. Add Pichekkista Pulao Masala and mix well.

8. Add soaked rice, salt, and required water or stock.

9. Cook until rice is fluffy and well done.

10. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

🔥 Serve hot with raita, kurma, or salad.
